FirePay Deposit Problems

The most common FirePay problems occur for the following reasons:

  1. Your attempted deposit amount was greater than the funds available in your FirePay account.
    • What to do now: Double-check your FirePay account balance and fund it if necessary.

  2. The email address you used when registering the FirePay card in the Casino cashier does not match the email address associated with your FirePay personal account.
    • What to do now: Double check which email address you are using with the Casino and which with FirePay. If you would like to change the email address listed in the Casino, please contact our customer support to update details in your casino account.

  3. Your FirePay personal account expiry date is incorrect.
    • What to do now: contact our customer support to update the correct expiry date in your casino account.

  4. FirePay is available only to holders of a U.S. bank account. If you do not have one, we recommend using NETeller. It is similar to FirePay and available to players all over the world.

  5. Donít forget: Every FirePay deposit in Tropez of above $50 is eligible for a 10% bonus! Read more about it here.
